We understand that print deadlines are urgent. Here is how our operational schedule guarantees fast dispatch across Christchurch and nationwide:
- 🕒 The 10:00 AM Line: If your order and artwork are locked in before 10 AM on any weekday, your prints enter our morning presses.
- 🚗 Christchurch Pickups: Local collections are ready at our 307 Brougham Street facility by 4:00 PM the exact same day.
- 🚚 Overnight Dispatch: Nationwide orders are wrapped securely and given to our overnight couriers for rapid 24-hour delivery.
How do I know my artwork files are correct?
Our expert prepress team checks every incoming PDF layout file before it touches our commercial digital presses. If there are any formatting issues, text cropping risks, or low-resolution elements, we will alert you immediately via email.
Do you charge extra fees for digital proofs?
No! We don’t charge for setups, basic artwork checks, or digital proofs. We believe in transparent, upfront pricing with zero hidden surprises. We will send you as many digital file proofs as it takes to get your cards or flyers looking exactly right.
How do I re-order a past print job?
Re-ordering is incredibly fast. We securely archive past customer artwork vectors and print specifications. Simply tap any red button on our pricing tables, or reply directly to your past invoice email, and quote your company name. We will pull your files from our local server archive and fire up the production queue instantly.
What if I am designing on a cellphone or Canva?
